Udiz Brewery is a family-owned craft beer brewery dedicated to producing fresh, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beer. Established in early 2016, the brewery’s story began long before, with home brewing amidst family and friends.
Located in the northernmost part of Israel, in Kibbutz Kfar Giladi in the Galilee Panhandle, Udiz Brewery proudly calls itself the northernmost Israeli brewery.
At Udiz Brewery, we prioritize the quality of our raw materials, boasting that the water used in our beer comes from an aquifer fed by snowmelt from Mount Hermon, and the spices used in our brewing process are local and Galilean.
Family values are at the heart of Udiz Brewery. The recipes are passed down through the family, the management is family-oriented, and the atmosphere is warm and homely.
